Please take note that our CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) service is being handled by a third party courier, whether it would be thru Lazada, LBC Express, or other third party courier available in your area.  We do not hold or control the time of the delivery once it is on TRANSIT status.

  • I haven't received any confirmation number regarding my order?
If you have successfully used our check-out system, should be receiving the confirmation right after finishing the process. However, the tracking number may take 24-48 hours to encode it via 3rd party logistics.
  • How long do I have to return my item?

Depending on the applicable Return Policy, you have 7 to 14 days to return the item.

  • My item hasn't arrived yet? 

There are certain instances why the shipping time takes more than what is stated, this is because of the following reasons:

    • Incomplete delivery address
    • Unreachable mobile number
    • Area is not covered by COD service or the area is considered a remote area

Note: Always make sure to fill out your complete address to ensure successful delivery.
